CEPI recently joined North Township Trustee Dan Henry for a conversation about the Rover Pipeline and the benefits for the community that Mr. Henry anticipates from its construction. As he relates, the revenues generated by Rover will be a huge boon to Harrison County schools, thereby alleviating the tax burden on its citizens.
